Place tea bag in 1 gallon of Distilled boiled hot water, let steep for 15 minutes. Pour warm liquid on hair, massage in and cover with plastic wrap. Leave on 30 minutes then shampoo. Refrigerate extra tea.

Let herbs steep in 1/2 Gallon of Spring or Distilled water for 10 minutes. Put liquid in spray bottle. Twice a week spray at the base of gray patches, massage in.
